In this role, you will lead and support the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support several programs and offerings for our existing customers.You will plan, build, and implement an annual marketing plan including outbound and inbound marketing activities to reach target audiences, drawing on expertise across content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, social media, email, print, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and support the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics and across business-to-business (B2B) markets.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with marketing goals; measure campaigns and initiatives through analysis of results and data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

  • Partner with market research and business intelligence teams to understand target customers' needs, values, preferences, requirements, and trends — and apply those insights to develop effective campaigns.

  • Maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with internal clients, creative agencies, and brand and communications teams for delivery of an effective marketing plan — working closely with the agency of record to ensure best practices are applied through techniques and tools to develop effective, targeted campaigns based on market research, data insights, and past performance.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience, including experience designing and implementing targeted marketing programs, solutions, and services, as well as experience building and coordinating agency relationships.

  • Superior relationship-building skills and demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple partners on key marketing initiatives.

  • Strong, diverse technical and analytical skills, particularly in the areas of digital platforms, social media, and content management.

  • Ability to work efficiently, manage competing priorities independently, with outstanding organization, project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills — and the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and organized manner.

  • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing experience, and/or energy conservation or energy efficiency experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with Limited (<5%) travel.

Salary:

  • Ranges from $85,000 – $100,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
