You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing creativity and precision — from large-scale campaigns to tight-turnaround deliverables. You’re as comfortable refining layouts as you are building visual systems that connect strategy and story.You bring a sharp eye for consistency, strong technical design skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining top-tier quality. You love collaborating across teams, take feedback with ease, and have a passion for bringing bold ideas to life. Your Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Campaign & Asset Design·       Execute high-volume design production for Victory+ marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints.·       Create polished marketing assets including arena event collateral, email campaigns, social media graphics, and digital advertising.·       Adapt existing brand guidelines into production-ready assets across all formats. Brand & Production Excellence·       Maintain brand consistency across Victory+ and Kidoodle.TV properties.·       Deliver rapid-turnaround assets without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.·       Prepare print-ready files and optimize digital assets for web, email, and social. Cross-Functional Collaboration·       Work closely with marketing and design teams to align creative direction and campaign objectives.·       Support seasonal campaign rollouts, particularly during high-volume periods (November–December for Kidoodle.TV). Project OwnershipLead brand design projects from concept to delivery across digital, print, and motion touchpointsDevelop and evolve brand visual systems for sports media platforms and content propertiesCreate campaign assets, marketing materials, and branded content for multi-platform distributionCollaborate with product designers, marketing teams, and external partners to ensure brand consistencyMentor junior designers and provide creative direction on brand initiativesPresent brand concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadershipChampion design excellence and advocate for strategic brand decisions Experience and Qualifications·       5–7+ years of brand design and production experience in fast-paced agency or in-house creative team settings with strong brand portfolio.·       Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).·       Expertise in print specifications, color management, and production file setup.·       Proven ability to adapt creative assets across print, digital, and social platforms.·       Excellent time management and attention to detail,...
