Join a team that supports effective, well-controlled partnerships with Legal Third-Party Suppliers, including Outside Counsel firms. You will help strengthen supplier oversight, improve operational processes, and deliver timely, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Summary   

As a Legal Third Party Vendor Relationship Analyst in the Legal Third Party Oversight Team, you will support supplier oversight activities for vendors engaged by the Legal Department, including Outside Counsel firms. You will partner across a matrixed organization to monitor compliance with contractual requirements, manage communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolve administrative inquiries, and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls. This role requires strong organization, analytical skills, and clear communication, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities  
- Manage communications and information exchange with Outside Counsel firms and internal stakeholders via shared mailboxes, ticketing systems, and other channels.
- Support ongoing oversight activities for firms engaged by the Legal Department.
- Assess firm compliance with contractual requirements and oversight standards; identify and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Maintain firm administrative records and data across systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions (including Technology, Reporting, and Vendor Management) to gather requirements, coordinate deliverables, and provide status updates.
- Research, analyze, and resolve supplier-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare presentations, reporting, and process documentation for business stakeholders and leadership.
- Assist in enhancing operational processes, controls, and tracking mechanisms using tools such as SharePoint, Excel, AI, and workflow management solutions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder experience.
- Execute work in line with established procedures, controls, and deadlines. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills  
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn business processes quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to create clear materials for stakeholder updates.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and build strong working relationships across teams.
- Proficiency with technology tools used to manage workflows and track work (e.g., SharePoint, Excel). 
 

Preferred Qualifications  
- Prior experience in one or more of the following: Third Party Oversight, Communications, Vendor Management, Project Management.
