Job Description:

Job scope and responsibilities


 Manage NPI engineering material planning and tracking for fast pace projects in
particularly for foundries and OSATs.
 Derive material purchase plan for engineering samples and follow through material
delivery plan.
 Communicate logistic status & lead activities to meet overall program
objectives/supportability.
 Active interaction with suppliers to manage steady stream of material flow.
 Develop and establish integrated system to drive work efficiency.
 Work cross-functionally with various teams to manage customer engineering sample
delivery.
 
 Education & Experience
 Bachelor degree and above, preferable engineering field.
 Strong technical understanding of backend manufacturing processes (wafer prep, dicing
methodologies, sorting characteristics, etc.).
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical
requirements and commercial delivery timelines.
 Attention in details.
 Fluent in English (written and verbal) to facilitate collaboration with global vendors and
cross-functional teams.
 Strong problem-solving mindset to handle unexpected operational issues under tight
deadlines.

Key qualification
 Experienced in forecasting, planning and analysis.
 Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goal.
 Proactive communication skills & attention to details.

 Proven experience in semiconductor NPI and supply chain risk mitigation during high-
pressure or supply-constrained scenarios.
 Experience in direct communication and operational alignment with semiconductor
foundries or advanced manufacturing vendors.
 Able to work in fast pace environment
 Demonstrate multi-tasking across different projects.
 Creative and strategic thinking in problem solving
 
Additional requirements
 Master in Microsoft excel
 Industrial engineering experience.
