Overview
A leader with a passion for outstanding client service, innovation, and thought leadership. An individual who will drive positive account growth and collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify new opportunities. A fun, upbeat personality is a plus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for leading multiple large client accounts, primary communicator of news and information regarding the client’s business, it’s impact on their overall business and how these variables impact SSX and the marketplace• Manages relationships with Sr. Level clients, working to build and improve collective agency/client relationship and output• Accountable for account growth, client satisfaction and retention• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to meet and exceed client expectations and provide key strategic initiatives and thinking\• Proven team leadership skills; partnering with the VP on the development of the full account leadership team in the areas of:
o Relationship (internal & external)o Shopper & communications knowledgeo Business stewardshipo Leadership skillso Strategyo Staffingo Career Pathing
• Partner on new business opportunities for existing and new clients• Responsible for leading revenue and forecast discussions.• Leads a cross-functional internal team and identifies opportunities to raise the level of the work• Able to manage internal conflicts when they arise with radical candor• Leads and executes large initiatives from start to finish
Qualifications
- Alcohol and beverage experience required (Must-Have)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
- 10-12 years of experience
- Experience in shopper marketing, preferred
- Experience proactively leading and collaborating with cross- functional teams, and working with minimal supervision is required
