About this opportunity:

Are you passionate about warehousing, process improvement, and leading people? Our Supply Chain Management organisation is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisors to lead, motivate, and develop a team of 18-25 people in the inhouse logistics unit.

In this day-to-day people leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inhouse logistics operations, developing people and coordinating your team activities and, and working closely with various production and process control teams.
Our ideal candidate has strong experience in warehouse or production people leadership and development, genuinely enjoys solving people problems as well as motivating warehouse workers to develop and grow.

Our warehouse operates 24/7,

Day position supports activities across the TLN1, TLN2, and LP buildings; therefore, candidates must be able to work at all three locations.

This is a shift-based role working 12-hour shifts (07:30–19:30 or 19:30–07:30). Our shift pattern is 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off.

We are hiring for multiple positions, including seven shift-based roles and one day-shift role. Candidates will be considered for the most suitable opportunity based on their experience and business needs.

What you will do:

• Take responsibility for team motivation, goal setting, performance evaluation, and competence development.
• Align team goals to organizations goals and strategy, contributing to own unit´s strategic work.
• Plan and manage warehouse resources and workflow, take responsibility of personnel related reports and data analysis.
• Support daily warehouse operations and resolve operational challenges.
• Take accountability for team process adherence and delivered results.
• Participate in warehouse reporting and data analysis.
• Ensure a safe and efficient working environment and compliance with procedures.
• Work closely with Process Control Specialists and Production Departments to optimize warehouse processes.
• Participate and promote required trainings.

The skills you bring:

• Previous experience of being a leader of a team of at least 18-25 people
• Ability to effectively evaluate and provide feedback on an employee's job performance, contributions, and areas for improvement
• Proven track record of developing people through coaching, mentoring new team members and upskilling existing staff
• In-depth knowledge of the supply process and applicable sub-processes.
• Understanding organizational goals to align strategies and initiatives with business objectives
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in managing changes
• English, Estonian and Russian proficiency at a conversational level
• Higher education or at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or production management is preferred
• Ability to take responsibility for your actions and decisions
• Ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions in oneself and others
