Reporting to the Head of Talent and Organizational Development, this new role will partner with Engineering, Cyber Security, Technical Operations, HR, and other senior executive leadership to establish and maintain a technical learning ecosystem that enables our technical talent to deliver on the strategic priorities of the Company. From nurturing and building talent pipelines to designing and operationalizing the opportunities that motivate, support, and simplify upskilling for our technical talent, this role offers significant ownership and the ability to directly deliver value.Here you can:Learn Strategy & DesignPartner with leadership across Engineering, Cyber Security, Technical Operations and HR to clearly define an adaptive Enterprise Technical Capability Framework aligned with Business priorities and emerging technologies.Partner with Technology leadership to forecast emerging skills (AI, cloud, automation) and to align learning initiatives with business transformation.Develop a multi-tiered, blended learning ecosystem - foundational, advanced, and expert-level programs – with connectivity to career paths.Lead and evolve existing early career technical development rotational programs (Media Tech Associate and Intern programs) in alignment with the needs of the Business.Program DevelopmentDesign and deliver learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led, microlearning) for technical skills, certifications, and emerging tech.Establish design standards for technical content to ensure consistency and quality.Curate and manage vendor relationships (e.g., Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning, etc.) in partnership with Legal and Sourcing teams.Curate and manage talent pipeline relationships (e.g., America on Tech, Reel Works, etc.) in partnership with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams.Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong, collaborative relationships with technology team leadership and Executives, HR leadership, TA, CSR, Legal, Sourcing, vendors and O&T technical employees in order to successfully deliver on...
