Strong candidates tend to bring: A record of ownership in technically complex environments First-principles thinking and the ability to work from mission need, constraints, risk, and execution reality Experience turning ambiguity into executable plans, architectures, requirements, trades, or operating rhythms Strong communication skills across technical, programmatic, customer, and business stakeholders Bias toward action, disciplined follow-through, and mission-focused problem solving Experience in aerospace, defense, national security, or other high-consequence technical environments Loft Federal roles require U.S. citizenship and regular onsite work in Arvada, Colorado.
