Que tal fazer parte do nosso time?Local Principal: Brasil (BR) - São Paulo  - Indaiatuba  Função: Product and Process Mgmt (CA)Título: Delivery Lead - Indaiatuba/SP - 122101 As a Delivery Lead at John Deere, based in the Indaiatuba/SP unit, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, promoting continuous improvement, collaboration, and the resolution of conflicts and impediments. Your primary focus will be to ensure the delivery of prioritized products aligned with the business strategy, securing transparent communication and the effective management of dependencies through cross-team collaboration. Main Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, conflict, and impediment resolution to enable high-performing teams operating towards elite product behavior;Upskill and Understand technology and associated industry leading practices relevant to team;Ensure transparent communication, team alignment, and outcome clarity;Drive delivery on prioritized product work within your area of responsibility, including facilitation of dependencies through cross-team collaborations;Create actionable insights using data and metrics to drive constraint identification, continuous transformation, priorities, and measurable outcomes;Pair with key roles to execute measurable, data-driven improvements;Understands business strategy, objectives, and technology to ensure development work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with objectives and help the team overcome development roadblocks. Skills You Need Bachelor's or associate's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, and/or related fields;Advanced English: broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and deliver training sessions;Experience in an agile working environment;Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices;Excellent communication, team collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;Knowledge of information systems, technologies, and architecture;Experience tracking and analyzing metrics for continuous improvement;Data-driven decision-making capabilities;Certification Scrum Master (CSM); Availability for a hybrid model 3 times a week in Indaiatuba/SP.What Makes You Stand Out Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle;Conflict resolution experience and ability;Knowledge of products and services offered within HR and Corporate Functions area;Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.Nossos principais benefíciosRemuneração variável; Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Previdência Privada;Benefício Ótica; Reembolso vacina; Universidade Corporativa; TotalPass;Dependendo da unidade, você terá restaurante no local, vale refeição ou alimentação;Auxílio farmácia;Entre outros#LI-Hybrid  Nosso Processo SeletivoA seleção começa com a sua inscrição, para algumas vagas, existem alguns testes adicionais.
