As a SAP - ABAP - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will leverage team members' unique strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Business Application Consulting practice, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This position offers the chance to embrace technology and innovation, enhancing your delivery and encouraging others to do the same. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while partnering with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-based business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance system functionality and performance
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and business goals
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and enhance project outcomes
- Facilitating seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications through training and support
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within SAP environments
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders to maintain project momentum

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP ABAP development and customization
- Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for innovative solutions
