Your New Role…
As Admissions Assistant Manager, you will support the Admissions Manager in delivering operational excellence across a high-volume visitor attraction. Working closely with leadership teams across the business, you will play a key role in workforce planning, operational performance, stakeholder engagement, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Coordinate and develop a team of 7 Team Leaders through coaching, performance reviews, development conversations, and objective setting.
Lead the department Ambassador Programme, supporting engagement, capability building, and training consistency across the wider team.
Oversee workforce planning, rostering, attendance monitoring, payroll processes, and operational staffing levels.
Deputise for the Admissions Manager when required, representing the department with stakeholders and senior leadership while supporting key operational decisions.
Monitor performance metrics, customer service standards, and visitor feedback to identify trends and drive improvements.
Support the delivery of projects, operational initiatives, and continuous improvement activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Undertake rostered Duty Management responsibilities, acting as an escalation point for operational, visitor, and team member matters, including weekend working.
Qualifications & Experience…
Leadership experience within a large-scale operational environment, managing teams through first-line leaders.
Background in a fast-paced, customer-facing operation with responsibility for high visitor or customer volumes.
Success in developing frontline leaders and supporting talent and succession initiatives.
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting operational performance updates.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with experience contributing to projects, innovation, and operational change.
