Head of Business Line Operations, Air Dominance & Strike

Role responsibilities

Lead the operational engine for the Air Dominance & Strike business line, overseeing everything from business operations to production and sustainment infrastructure. Partner with the General Manager to balance resource risks against growth plans and manage the organization's evolution toward IPO readiness.

Requirements

Requires a systems thinker with deep experience in hardware production scaling, financial management, and organizational growth at high-growth companies. Candidates must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.
