POSITION TITLE: Senior FP&A Analyst
REPORTING TO: Senior FP&A Manager
LOCATION: Thailand - Pathumthani (Navanakorn)
Responsibilities:
Expenses review to ensure that they are being recorded properly
Prepare and analyze financial plans, trends, and operating forecasts, etc.
Product Cost report preparation and analysis
Prepare headcount report and analyze headcount movement
Develop KPIs and dashboards on financial results for the factory
Support the respective business leaders on delivering the annual operating plan and long-term plan, and how to drive a sustainable business financially
Work closely with internal teams on actions plans, forecasting, and planning
Ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
5+ years of FP&A experience in MNCs. US listed company experience is preferred.
Manufacturing process knowledge is preferred
Product Cost knowledge is preferred
Proficiency in Oracle ERP (SAP is acceptable), Microsoft Office Suite, etc. systems & tools, Tableau will be a plus.
Business Result Oriented, Open minded, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work with people from globe with diversified culture background.
Continuous Improvement mindset, willing to take challenges to lead/participate in Kaizen projects.
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics, etc. MBA is a plus.
English as working language.
