About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, ANZ, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail stores across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with Store Managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors, you will help ensure our stores operate efficiently, safely, and in line with brand standards.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys balancing operational priorities, project coordination, and stakeholder management.

What You'll Be Doing

Retail Operations

  • Support the execution of operational initiatives across the ANZ store network.
  • Partner with Store Managers to drive operational consistency and best practice.
  • Coordinate and communicate retail operational processes, policies, and updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve store efficiency and simplify ways of working.
  • Assist with store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and operational projects.

Vendor & Facilities Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance providers, landlords, contractors, and other vendors.
  • Coordinate store repairs and maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage service requests and monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels.
  • Support invoice processing, vendor documentation, and budget tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners to deliver exceptional support to stores.

Store Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational support and guidance to store teams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Retail, HR, Finance, IT, Visual Merchandising, and Loss Prevention.
  • Support the coordination of operational supplies, store equipment, and uniforms.
  • Assist with store communications and training resources.

Reporting & Projects

  • Maintain operational trackers, reporting dashboards, and project timelines.
  • Analyse operational data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate retail projects and ensure successful delivery across stores.
  • Support budget management and cost-control initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in retail operations, facilities coordination, store support, or a similar retail environment.
  • Experience managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting multi-site retail operations will be highly regarded.
