Trimble is looking for a passionate problem-solver to deliver specialized technical solutions, resolve complex software challenges, and optimize our advanced asset lifecycle management platform for dedicated accounts.What Makes This Role Great:In this role, you will be uniquely positioned as a dedicated technical partner for one to two key clients, gaining a comprehensive, 360-degree view of their implementation. You will have the autonomy to drive custom product enhancements and solve critical IT issues, directly influencing the efficiency of solutions that keep global infrastructure safe.Key Exciting Responsibilities• Partner closely with customer success managers to analyze, prioritize, and resolve complex technical support cases, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and strict adherence to SLAs.• Architect and implement software enhancements, configurations, and data conversions, utilizing modern source control tools like Bitbucket and Git.• Leverage cutting-edge AI utilities such as Cursor and Copilot to accelerate product enhancements, design modifications, and modern software workflows.• Design custom technical reports and provide targeted data extractions using specialized tools such as SQL and Jasper Reports.• Collaborate cross-departmentally with product management and software engineering to advocate for customer needs and translate feedback into software defects or enhancements.Essential Skills & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.• 3+ years of experience as a technical support analyst or consultant, including strong proficiency with Oracle SQL for data extraction and scripting.• 2+ years of hands-on experience generating business intelligence insights through tools like Jasper Reports or Crystal Reports.• Proven expertise using help desk ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk or Freshdesk alongside standard source control workflows.• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.Bonus Points For:• Familiarity with broader enterprise systems, CRM platform workflows, or ERP environments.• Experience developing or troubleshooting modern web services and APIs.Logistics:Location: Westminster, CO or RemoteTravel Requirement: Up to 15% (willingness to travel to client sites as needed)Why You'll Love Working With UsAt Trimble, we're not just a company that "does good"—we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact.
