Warehouse Monitoring Weekend Supervisor

As a Warehouse Monitoring Weekend Supervisor, you will play a support role in leading a team of warehouse monitoring personnel tasked with supporting safety measures and asset management awareness. You will be responsible for maintaining building processes and safety within our warehouse or distribution center. Your primary role will be to monitor employees, conduct building walks, monitor the CCURE system, create reports from various system data and enforce building protocols to avoid unauthorized access. Your vigilance and attention to detail will help ensure the protection of our personnel, inventory, and assets.

Team Leadership
• Demonstrate astute leadership capabilities in supervising
• Ensure comprehensive and efficient warehouse coverage, including executing position coverage if needed
• Foster a positive and cohesive work environment, nurturing a culture of collaboration and continuous professional growth among the warehouse team.
Administration
• Manage all entry card and access information
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of building walks, incidents, and building entry/exits
• Create and complete reports as needed for various procedures
Monitoring
• Be aware of all surroundings, check critical areas throughout shift, and be alert to persons damaging of abusing warehouse / company property
• Responsible for greeting and directing associates/guest/visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Complete assigned tasks and monitoring of SPE stations
Training
• Determines training requirements and ensures that the necessary training is completed to enhance the skill base of employees in a timely manner.
Position Requirements/Experience/ Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses
- Experience in using Microsoft Office products and applications
- Understands the importance of delivering added value to clients
- Team player who can keep a positive attitude, motivate peers, and build relationships
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of any client information
- Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition at all times
- Familiarity with CCure system a plus
- Client first mentality
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
- Detail orientated with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced high energy environment where priorities are constantly changing
- Solid decision-making skills within the scope of the position

The Compensation range for this role is 48,000 to 52,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
