About the Team: UKG is seeking a results-driven Lead Product Manager to lead the delivery of innovative features for the Healthcare Productivity solution for our Workforce Management platform. This role is accountable for translating feature requirements into secure, scalable, enterprise-grade capabilities that drive measurable customer adoption and revenue growth. You will help define roadmap execution, align cross-functional teams, and ensure Healthcare Productivity reporting solutions and AI innovation are delivered on time, at quality, and with clear business impact. About the Role: Own and execute the product roadmap for WFM Healthcare Productivity reporting, analytics, and AI innovation, delivering incremental value through well-defined releases. Execute on strategic vision using prioritized backlogs, clear requirements, and measurable outcomes. Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver production-ready reporting, GenAI, and dashboard capabilities. Define acceptance criteria, model evaluation metrics, and quality benchmarks to ensure accuracy, performance, and trust. Participate in discovery, pilots, and beta programs, incorporating feedback into rapid iteration cycles. Establish and track KPIs including adoption, engagement, accuracy, performance, retention, and revenue contribution. Support sales enablement, field readiness, pricing, and packaging to accelerate market adoption. Manage customer escalations related to Healthcare Productivity reporting, driving root-cause resolution and continuous product improvement. Minimum Required Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, with experience operating at a senior level. Experience in Workforce Management or closely related HR/workforce technology domains is highly preferred. Experience with AI technology in that you have researched flavors/options, found the right one for the job and then employed AI to solve a problem - personally or professionally. Demonstrated ability to identify customer and market problems, define product requirements, and drive product delivery in partnership with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders. Proven ability to lead product strategy and execution in complex, matrixed environments, including collaboration across product, engineering, go-to-market, support, and other partner teams. We work in a hybrid model. Being present 3 days in the office as of week 1 is required Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering reporting, analytics, insights, or data-driven product capabilities in enterprise software. Experience with Healthcare Labor Productivity, workforce analytics, or adjacent decision-support use cases. Experience delivering secure, governed solutions with explain ability and role-based access controls. MBA or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
