Core Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end program management for new store and cloud kitchen expansion projects across multiple brands.
  • Drive Capex planning, governance, approvals, and execution in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Finance, Procurement, Legal, Operations, Design, and Business for timely project execution.
  • Establish and continuously improve project governance frameworks, SOPs, and execution standards.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks proactively, and drive corrective actions to ensure on-time launches.
  • Standardize launch documentation and ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and internal governance requirements.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into project progress, governance, and key business metrics.
  • Oversee fixed asset tracking and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder reviews, drive alignment across functions, and ensure effective communication throughout project execution.
  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving expansion efficiency, operational excellence, and organizational scalability.


Must-Have Skills :

  • 8+ years project management experience
  • Strong organizational & analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and RCA skills
