Business Function

The Transformation Group, under Transformation, Data, Strategy and Planning (TDSP), drives bank-wide collaboration across functions and markets to execute the Bank’s transformation agenda. 

 

Key focus areas include:

  • Driving Operating Model Transformation (OMT)
  • Supporting the setup and core elements of Managing through Journeys (MtJ)
  • Scaling GenAI / Agentic AI use cases and adoption
  • Enhancing customer experience (CX) by leveraging Behavioral Science (BSCI), RED, and complaint journey frameworks
  • Advancing the future of work
  • Improving the employee journey through EX survey insights
  • Dialling up innovation

Responsibilities

  1. Drive Transformation Outcomes (OMT & Innovation)
  • Lead transformation initiatives to deliver measurable financial and non-financial outcomes from OMT
  • Shape, prioritise, and scale new OMT opportunities aligned to business priorities
  • Champion innovation with impact, ensuring initiatives translate into tangible business value
  1. Scale AI and Emerging Capabilities
  • Lead adoption and scaling of GenAI and Agentic AI use cases, including employee agents
  • Influence business units to embed AI capabilities into practical ways of working
  • Oversee GenAI deployment to ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements
  1. Enhance Customer Experience (CX)
  • Set the direction for CX design, practices, and processes by leveraging:
    • Behavioral Science (BSCI)
    • RED principles
    • Complaint journey frameworks
    • Empathy-driven approaches
  • Drive the embedding of CX improvements into day-to-day operations and transformation programmes
  1. Strengthen Organisation Capability & Culture
  • Influence the organisation to adopt transformation practices and mindset
  • Shape a next-generation workplace powered by Agentic AI
  • Lead continuous improvement of the employee journey through insights from employee surveys and feedback
  1. COO Priorities
  • Partner with the COO on strategic initiatives and assigned priorities

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or financial services, management consulting, or related industries
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to build, influence, and manage senior stakeholder partnerships
  • Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across functions, regions, and seniority levels
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and lead specialists to deliver outcomes
  • Strong growth mindset; adaptable, self-driven, and able to operate in ambiguity
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
