As an AI+ Integration - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of integrating advanced AI solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful results for our clients. Your work will involve leveraging cutting-edge technologies to develop and implement software engineering solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and deliver quality work. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing software solutions using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
- Managing application lifecycle processes including development, testing, and deployment
- Utilizing API management and microservices architecture to enhance system integration and performance
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Applying continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to streamline software development processes
- Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to improve system reliability and functionality
- Designing and maintaining enterprise application architecture to support business objectives
- Engaging in business process management and improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
- Leading quality assurance testing to validate software functionality and performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- AI, LLM, Langchain, Python,Reactjs,AWS, Nextjs, Django
- Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Kiro) as your default development workflow for code generation, completion, refactoring, and debugging.

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Utilizing API Management and Microservices for seamless integration
- Excelling in Java and Python programming languages
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex software challenges
- Leveraging experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Developing enterprise application architecture and integration solutions

- Develop integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including creating APIs, connectors, data mappings, and orchestrations.

- Certifications: MCD -L1(preferred), MCD-L2 (optional), MCIA (good to have), MCPA (optional)
