Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role in Grovetown, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. - Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation in accordance with site requirements.
- Observe operations and report hazards, damaged property, suspicious activity, and other security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
