As a Procurement PaaS- Associate, you will engage in sourcing and procurement activities within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network. This role involves working directly with clients to deliver managed services that enhance their procurement and supply chain processes. Within our Procurement & Supply Chain Managed Services practice, you will contribute to optimizing operations and driving efficiencies for our clients.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks. You will develop basic skills and knowledge, respond effectively to diverse perspectives, and use a broad range of tools and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagements by contributing to sourcing and procurement projects
- Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize supply chain operations
- Engaging in contract management and negotiation processes to achieve favorable terms and conditions
- Utilizing procurement software such as SAP Ariba and Coupa Software to streamline procurement processes
- Conducting spend analysis and supplier evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborating with suppliers to enhance supplier relationship management and validate contractual compliance
- Participating in demand management and planning budgeting and forecasting activities
- Applying strategic sourcing techniques to improve procurement process efficiency
- Monitoring procurement activities to confirm adherence to quality system supplier management standards
- Leveraging supply chain analysis to support decision-making and improve supply chain collaboration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Contract Management (Working through multiple business stakeholders to take a contract from start to finish, managing contract renewals proactively, quick supplier negotiations) Supplier Management (Conducting QBRs, managing supplier performance, etc.). A strong understanding of procurement operations and/or understanding of procurement outsourcing operating model Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba etc. Understanding of fundamental principles of P2P including spend and commodity taxonomies, requisitioning, PO generation, receiving and invoice processing

- Understanding of basic sourcing principles i.e: multiple stages of RFx (RFx creation, negotiation guides, pricing/costing analysis etc)

- Experience in Sourcing and Procurement Services
