We’re building the infrastructure that lets modern app businesses take back control of monetization – at scale.As a Talent Acquisition partner, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving high-quality hiring processes end-to-end.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, from sourcing to offer stagePartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategiesProactively source and attract top technical talent through various channelsConduct screening interviews and guide candidates through the hiring processEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the processTrack and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring performance Requirements At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitmentProven experience recruiting for R&D / technical roles / global roles from startup companiesExperience conducting HR interviews and extending offers to candidates Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (written & verbal)   All Jobs
