We are currently seeking a Business Consulting - Scrum Master to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Title: Business Consulting - Scrum Master

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives within the Banking and Telecommunications domains. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery, project planning, stakeholder management, team leadership, and risk management. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring predictable delivery, and fostering high-performing Agile teams.

Day to Day Job Duties:

• Lead Agile delivery teams to successfully deliver enterprise technology projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage team capacity, sprint velocity, release planning, and estimation to ensure predictable delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to prioritize work and manage delivery roadmaps.
• Prepare and present project status reports, delivery metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication, expectation management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach Agile teams, promoting continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive governance, quality assurance, and compliance with organizational delivery standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Agile project delivery and Scrum methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in project planning, estimation, sprint capacity planning, and velocity management.
• 3+ years of experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, risk management, and technology delivery.

Nice to Have:

• Experience delivering projects within the Banking or Telecommunications domains.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
• Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience managing distributed/global delivery teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
