As a New Product Advancement Client Success Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
How you will make an impact
- You will help Solventum to build and commercialize the next generation of AI-driven revenue cycle automation solutions
- You will coordinate and lead client partnership councils to foster deeper client partnerships while gathering feedback and guidance on Solventum’s new solutions and product roadmaps
- You will coordinate with client account teams to identify and secure early adopter pilot sites for new solutions
- You will provide project support to coordinate across product and implementation teams for early adopter pilot projects
- You will support implementation and training teams, as well as clients to help ensure clients successfully adopt, use and succeed with Solventum products
- You will support product marketing and sales teams to develop successful sales and marketing strategies, including training other teams on new products and technologies, creating sales presentations and being a product demo expert
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (seven) 7 years of product management experience in healthcare technology solutions with an in-depth knowledge of product software lifecycle management
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND (eleven) 11 years of product management experience in healthcare technology solutions with an in-depth knowledge of product software lifecycle management
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also highly preferred:
- Experience leading development partnerships projects
- Experience in a client-facing role preferably managing projects with clients
- Experience with executive-level client interactions and being able to manage and coordinate across multiple levels of a client organization
- Understanding of physician EHR workflows including documentation, coding and orders submissions
- Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle include payment denials and denials management
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Masters degree in a business or technology-related field from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of experience working in a private, public, government or military healthcare environment
- Skills include ability to understand and communicate complex topics, project management, product management, healthcare technology sales and marketing

As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
