Lead Software Engineer - Remote

Role responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of modernized adjudication services using Java/Spring and cloud-native architectures on Azure and AWS. Drive the adoption of AI agents and prompt engineering to accelerate software delivery and automate engineering workflows.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years of leadership in enterprise systems. Must have proven expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, and the integration of AI-assisted solutions into production environments.
