FCRA QA QC Sr Analyst

United StatesFull-timePosted Jul 24, 2026

The FCRA QA QC Sr. Analyst is responsible for independently executing and supporting complex QA/QC control activities across business processes. This role serves as a subject matter expert across most or all relevant controls, applying deep process, system, and control knowledge to assess operational and regulatory effectiveness.

The FCRA QA QC Sr. Analyst is expected to complete quality reviews timely and accurately, identify potential procedure gaps, recognize when results or data do not appear accurate, and bring forward facts, research, and supporting documentation to help refine issues before escalation. This role documents not only findings, but also how conclusions were reached, ensuring QC results are clear, well-supported, and actionable for business line partners and leadership.

In addition to individual control testing responsibilities, the FCRA QA QC Sr. Analyst provides knowledgeable support to team members, acts as a resource for peers, and may assist with work coordination or allocation efforts. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain findings clearly to peers, leadership, and business line partners.

This position plays an important role in connecting QC results to broader business impacts, supporting early root-cause thinking, and helping ensure issues are appropriately escalated to leadership when solution ownership sits outside of QC. The FCRA QA QC Sr. Analyst must model a positive, professional presence, demonstrate sound judgment, and contribute to a strong control environment through accurate testing, clear documentation, and proactive issue identification.
