As an Oracle SCM Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives within our Digital Core Modernisation network.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle supply chain and operations applications to optimize client processes
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of Oracle applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve strategic objectives
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of supply chain transformation initiatives
- Utilizing data-driven insights to improve supply chain performance and decision-making
- Overseeing the deployment of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud and Oracle Logistics solutions
- Coordinating with stakeholders to address conflicts and facilitate effective communication
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and enhance their professional growth
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within supply chain management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for comprehensive supply chain solutions
- Managing complex supply chain transformation projects with strategic planning
- Leveraging data-driven insights for operational excellence and cost efficiency
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management for successful execution
