About The Role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager to oversee financial modelling for our expansions roadmap.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing financial modelling for new entities, optimising for ROE maximisation based on local and group requirements
  • Supporting license submissions from a finance perspective, including handling Q&A with regulators
  • Leading strategic financial planning and forecasting (e.g., monthly reviews, annual budget, and long-term plans)
  • Conducting scenario and in-depth ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making on market expansion
  • Developing insightful financial frameworks to analyse revenue, margins, and profitability across countries, user segments, and products
  • Driving growth and assessing new product and regional expansion opportunities, including business case evaluations, pricing strategies, and financial feasibility analysis
  • Collaborating on high-impact special projects for the CFO

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital/private equity, strategy consulting, or finance roles at a top-tier company
  • Excellent financial modelling and data analysis skills using SQL and MS Excel
  • A deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and financial reporting standards
  • A proven ability to deliver results in a cross-functional, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional communication skills to build a solid business case and influence decision-making

Nice to have

  • Experience in strategic finance within a fast-growing fintech or tech scale-up
  • A CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry certifications
  • Expertise in banking, credit, card payments, wealth and trading, crypto, and/or insurance
