We have quarterly team events, bi-weekly social activities and offer attractive compensation, including equity participation and benefits.What we're looking forAs a Product Designer, you'll join a cross-functional team helping travellers cross borders. You’ll be working on creating the most delightful visa application experience for international travellers. You’ll focus on truly customer-centric design thinking and a demonstrable expertise in visualizing both digital and physical touchpoint solutions that support traveller’s journey. You’ll have passion for collaborating closely with partners (airlines, travel agents etc) and leaders across the organization to refine our thinking and best serve our customers.Your work will be seen by millions of travellers a month from 193 countries. You will make travel simpler for passengers of national carriers like American Airlines, Air Canada, British Airways and more. It's an exciting design challenge.What you can expectWork closely with product managers, engineers and customer support to improve the traveller's user experience.Demonstrate attention to detail in every aspect and a strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking. You are also comfortable dealing with ambiguous requirements that require creative investigation.Crafting user interfaces in Figma and building prototypes (traditional and AI) to show the end to end user experience.Participate in various stages of the design lifecycle: from ideation to research, prototyping, validation, and design.Partner with Product Managers to rapidly validate concepts prior to development.You are a good fit if youHave 5-8+ years of experience working in a product design roleHave a portfolio that proves real visual range across brand and product, not tidy-but-flat workHave shipped complex flows from discovery through iteration, and can walk through the messy decisions, not just the polished result.Have a keen eye for usability and accessibilityDemonstrated experience working on projects from discovery through to shipping/iterationYou are a driver who takes ownership of ensuring a rewarding experience is being delivered to our usersPresent one or more case studies that showcase your impact on the productExpected skillsDemonstrate basic design system principles and practicesFluent in Figma, and comfortable with AI design tools (Claude, Figma Make, and similar).Prototyping for desktop and mobile experiencesClear, compelling presentation and communication styleWhat we offerCompetitive base salaryComprehensive benefitsEarly-stage stock options4 weeks' vacation (Moving towards unlimited vacation plan)Flexibility to work from home or officeLearning and development fundThe starting base pay will depend on various factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
