You'll work at the frontier of agentic software — owning real production systems where non-determinism, evals, and developer trust are first-class concerns.As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will:Start building and pushing code in your first week and ship impactful features in your first few months.Design and ship agentic features in internal development tools.Build evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic agent behavior — define what "working" means before shipping.Own end-to-end systems: prompt design, tool integration (MCP / function calling), orchestration, observability, cost.Move fast in a space where best practices are being invented monthly; bring rigor without slowing down.Partner with eng leadership across SH to measure and improve developer throughput.Contribute to an engineering culture that prioritizes impact above all else.Evaluate the systems and technology currently in place, and propose systems and architecture that can scale for the future.Have the opportunity to mentor new hires.QualificationsBrings at least three years of experience in Full-Stack development.Displays excellent software engineering fundamentals, including knowledge of algorithms and data structures.Cares about the internal user experience and strives to prioritize impact over everything.Has experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale.Demonstrates perseverance when faced with tough technical issues.Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Anthropic / OpenAI / equivalent), including tool use, structured outputs, and multi-turn agent loops.Strong intuition for developer experience — opinions on what makes a tool feel good to engineers.Comfort with non-determinism: thinks in distributions and evals, not pass/fail tests.Has a demonstrated...
