Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, Information Retrieval, and Generative AI to lead the development, optimization and evaluation of enterprise AI assistants, RAG platforms and Agentic AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Lead end-to-end design and deployment of AI Assistants, Copilots and Agentic AI solutions.

·       Drive experimentation to evaluate retrieval models, embedding strategies, hybrid search architectures, and re-ranking approaches.

·       Define evaluation of metrics, validation frameworks, quality benchmarks, and acceptance criteria.

·       Optimize RAG architectures including chunking, indexing, vector search, metadata enrichment and orchestration paths.

·       Improve answer accuracy, groundedness, relevance, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.

·       Lead A/B testing, benchmarking, prompt evaluation and model validation exercises.

·       Partner with engineering, product and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

·       Mentor data scientists and lead AI innovation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

·       Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics or related field.

·       10+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI.

·       5+ years of Generative AI and LLM experience.

·       Strong experience in NLP, Information Retrieval and enterprise AI solutions.
