As our next US Sales &amp; Operations Enablement Associate, you'll help drive our growth in the US market, working from the UAE: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.This is the UAE-based engine room behind our US sales organisation — a hybrid role, half technical and half people-facing, that runs largely on your own initiative from several time zones away.What you’ll own• Lead pipeline and data — source, qualify and segment leads, classify each account by fit, and stand up the data and process for new markets as we expand• Own customer relationship management — keep records accurate and deduplicated, with a clear order of priority so the sales team always knows which accounts to work next• Design and run outbound campaigns — email sequences, direct mail and letter drops that open doors and warm leads before a rep ever reaches out• Manage a small team of subordinates who execute research tasks on your behalf — set their targets and briefs, review quality, and design the process so the data comes back usable.• Own onboarding and training — get newly signed customers live, then train front-line staff and their managers, remotely by default and in person during US tripsWho you are• You’ve done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.• You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information.• You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator.• You’re energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience.What you’ll need• A computer science background (degree or equivalent in practice) — comfortable writing code, working with data at scale, and using modern AI tooling; you'll inherit a real codebase• Based in the UAE, comfortable with hours that overlap the US business day, and able to travel to the US occasionally.• Fluency in English is a mustNice to have• Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace.What we offer• Real ownership over products that impact millions of diners and thousands of restaurants globally.• The opportunity to solve challenging problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience.• A fast-moving environment where great ideas quickly become reality.• Close collaboration with experienced operators, builders, and industry experts.• A chance to leave a visible mark on one of the fastest-growing restaurant technology companies globally.Ready to build?
