About The Role
The Senior Project Manager, CTO Support, owns project management for initiatives run directly out of the CTO's office — strategic technical projects, executive-sponsored initiatives, and cross-company technical priorities that need close coordination and visibility.
You will work closely with the CTO's office to keep fast-moving, high-visibility projects organised, tracked, and moving — acting as the connective tissue between strategic intent and day-to-day execution.
What You Will Be Doing
Own project plans and execution for initiatives sponsored by the CTO's office
Coordinate across engineering, product, and delivery teams on CTO-level priorities
Prepare materials, updates, and briefings for CTO and executive reviews
Track action items and decisions from executive/technical leadership meetings
Manage timelines and dependencies for fast-moving, high-visibility projects
Identify risks early and escalate appropriately to the CTO's office
Support ad hoc strategic analysis and initiative scoping as directed by the CTO
What You Bring
Project management experience supporting senior technical leadership is essential
Strong organisational skills and comfort operating in high-visibility, fast-changing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level briefing
Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly with engineering leadership
Discretion and judgement handling sensitive, executive-level information
