As a Workday DC - Associate 2, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in Workday's suite of tools and technologies to work with data and derive insights. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where adaptability and teamwork are key. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Workday data and analytics solutions effectively
- Integrating data from various sources to support seamless business application utilization
- Developing insights through Workday Reporting and Analytics to drive strategic objectives
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency using Workday HCM tools
- Conducting complex data analysis to discern patterns and inform decision-making
- Utilizing Workday Advanced Reporting for comprehensive data visualization
- Supporting client engagement by providing training and guidance on Workday technologies
- Applying data security measures to protect client information within analytics frameworks
- Gathering and preprocessing data to maintain quality and accuracy in reporting
- Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to deliver consistent value
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in data and analytics solutions, including Workday Prism Analytics, Reporting, Adaptive Planning, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and a learning mindset
