As an Advisory - Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements within our Deals practice. You will leverage your analytical skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, all while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients.

Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence to support mergers and acquisitions
- Analyzing financial statements and identifying key financial trends and risks
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide strategic insights
- Developing financial models to assess the impact of potential transactions
- Evaluating earnings quality and working capital requirements to inform decision-making
- Assisting in the preparation of detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations
- Supporting deal management processes by coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Monitoring market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
- Advising clients on financial planning and forecasting to enhance business performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
