In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Deine Arbeit kann sich auf folgende Themen konzentrieren:- Digitalisierung und KI-gestützte Veränderungen in der Arbeitsweise
- Transformation von Organisationen und der Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft
- Demografischer Wandel und globaler Fachkräftemangel
- Bewertung von Organisationsleistung und -effektivität
- Entwicklung von Operating Models für datengetriebene und KI-gestützte Unternehmen
- Leitung von End-to-End-Transformationen im Einklang mit neuen Geschäftsprioritäten
- Gestaltung unternehmensweiter Talentstrategien für Kunden
- Aufbau von Kompetenzmodellen, Rollenframeworks und kompetenzbasierten Strukturen
- Unterstützung von Workforce-Planning- und Organisationsdesign-Initiativen
- Diese Position ist innerhalb der Hybrid Cloud & Data Service Line
- Laufendes oder kürzlich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Organisationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verwandten Bereichen
- Praktikumserfahrung in der Strategieberatung oder in einer strategischen Funktion in einem Industrieunternehmen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Kundeninteraktionsfähigkeiten
- Affinität für beratenden Vertrieb zur Unterstützung unseres Business Development Teams in frühen Projektphasen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Ideen verständlich und überzeugend auf Deutsch und Englisch zu vermitteln
- Fundiertes Wissen über neue Technologien, KI und digitale Transformation
- Offenheit, an verschiedenen Projekten in unterschiedlichen Regionen zu arbeiten
- Antrieb, dein Wissen kontinuierlich zu erweitern
- Geschick darin, unterschiedliche Expertenmeinungen in ein kohärentes Konzept zu bringen
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI in deinen täglichen Aufgaben
