LAM Facilities is responsible for managing all aspects of the facility within the shift as well as overall co-ordination for specific center (s) with Manager Facilities. AM Facilities deliverables include but are not restricted to ensuring a high level of customer service, flawless execution of tasks as per process laid down, vendor management, team management as well as working toward process improvement with the objective of increased efficiency /improved quality of service. 
 

• Customer experience _ Controlled & qualified feedback via internal survey twice a year. Additionally, feedback received from employees, clients, vendors, etc will form a part of the review mechanism. 
• Process implementation _ Execution of systems & procedures on ground to ensure 99.9% uptime on all facilities related support across operations as per pre-determined budgets_ quarterly reviews by AVP Facilities. 
• Cost efficiency _ Effective planning & flawless execution to reduce wastage and increase efficiency (budget v/s actual & regular process review). 
• 3rd Party Vendor performance at site _ Efficient handling of all 3rd party vendors in the respective centers with the objective to deliver a 99.9% uptime across all planned deliverables. 
• Team handling _ Providing the right platform for subordinates to excel at the workplace _ implement a transparent appraisal system for all AM`s to gauge satisfaction levels within the teams and provide corrective action. 
• Responsible for 3rd party vendor staff to maximize service delivery / output across all functions of the department as per the current systems & procedures.
• Responsible for proactively managing internal customers expectations and ensuring a quick TAT for deliverables as per deadlines committed. 
• Responsible for managing individual team issues & providing them the environment to maximize performance _ also track individual performance via fortnightly reviews and identify areas of weaknesses / opportunities that can be worked upon. 

Responsible for accurately reporting MIS data to management and for tracking actual vs budgeted costs.
