About the role We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help Synthflow show up in the right places, with the right message, for the right buyers. This is a hands-on role focused on running and improving growth channels, learning from data, and helping the company make smarter decisions on where and how to grow. It is not about owning all of demand gen alone. It is about building a strong growth foundation in close partnership with sales, content, brand, and the wider business. What you’ll be doing Run and improve growth channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, AEO, and landing pages Test targeting, messaging, and conversion paths to improve how Synthflow shows up to the right buyers Track campaign performance and use data to decide what to scale, change, or stop Work closely with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and funnel conversion Bring structure to attribution and performance reporting so results are clear Use campaign insight to inform messaging, content, and growth priorities What we’re looking for Hands-on experience running growth channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, or similar Strong understanding of targeting, messaging, funnel performance, and conversion Clear thinking on attribution, spend efficiency, pipeline, and ROI Passion for building, testing, optimizing, and learning fast Strong judgment and taste, with the ability to separate quality from activity Comfort working with autonomy, accountability, and ambiguity in a fast-moving environment Founded in Berlin in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs Albert Astabatsyan, Hakob Astabatsyan, and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky, Synthflow AI democratizes access to advanced voice AI with a no-code platform that lets enterprises easily create, deploy and scale natural-sounding, cost-effective voice agents tailored to their business needs.
