Junior Photographer Yuppiechef
Yuppiechef is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Junior Photographer to join our in-house Creative Team. You’ll help bring products to life through sharp, consistent, and inspiring imagery that elevates the online shopping experience. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of creative work — from still life shoots to campaign sets and short-form video — while building your craft in a collaborative environment.
- Capturing sharp, colour-accurate, and on-brand product images at high volumes.
- Retouching, editing and uploading supplier and in-house imagery to meet Yuppiechef standards.
- Building independence in shooting efficiently and consistently.
- Scanning, prepping, and returning all studio samples correctly, while assisting with the organisation of samples in collaboration with the Studio and Merchandising teams.
- Supporting campaign shoots by assisting the Photography Lead with lighting, backdrops, props, studio equipment, and capturing behind-the-scenes content.
- Maintaining production materials and ensuring the studio remains organised.
- Resolving flagged image issues accurately and on deadline.
- Creating and supporting web-related assets such as landing page content.
- Sharpening your eye for detail and improving confidence in image corrections.
- Following correct image naming, versioning, and storage practices.
- Ensuring imagery is easily accessible to the wider creative team.
- Assisting with short-form video content for social media platforms.

Relevant qualification in photography, design, or the arts, or equivalent practical experience
1.5–2 years’ experience shooting and editing in a professional studio environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative eye
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; familiarity with Capture One, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is advantageous
Understanding of how ecommerce and marketing visuals impact the customer experience
