The Opportunity

As a Director, Solution Architect, you will lead the strategic direction and development of integration architecture solutions within our Integration and Platform Architecture group. You will be instrumental in driving business growth and shaping client engagements, leveraging your skills in cloud engineering, data analytics, and digital integration. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, oversee multiple projects, and maintain executive-level client relations, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together. Your role is crucial in mentoring the next generation of leaders and upholding our reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

In this role, you will collaborate across the PwC Network to maximize client satisfaction and scale efficiencies. Within our Digital Integration & Architecture practice, you will translate vision into actionable strategies, cultivate potential in others, and promote technological advances. You will identify gaps in the market and convert opportunities into success, creating a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving thought leadership and making strategic choices that address system-level enablers, confirming a dynamic and innovative approach to client solutions.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of integration architecture solutions across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Overseeing the development and management of APIs using tools like Apigee and Azure API Management to enhance system interoperability
- Driving business process integration and data virtualization initiatives to streamline operations and improve data accessibility
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop scalable enterprise application integration strategies
- Utilizing Agile Methodology to manage project lifecycles, confirming timely delivery and alignment with client objectives
- Promoting innovation and rapid experimentation to identify and implement cutting-edge technology solutions
- Guiding teams in troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise architecture frameworks to support business continuity
- Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders to facilitate seamless technology integration and service excellence
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders in solution architecture and integration practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics
- Demonstrating proficiency in Agile Methodology and IT Project Lifecycle
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud solutions
- Excelling in API Management and RESTful API integration
- Leading enterprise architecture initiatives and system interoperability projects
- Innovating through rapid experimentation and strategic questioning
- Cultivating client relationships and driving business process integration

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
