The Systems & Implementation Manager at the Finance Knowledge Centre is responsible for the management, implementation, and continuous optimization of finance systems, tools, and technical processes supporting Working Capital operations.

The role acts as the central interface between Finance Operations, Global Process Owners (GPO), and Financial IT (FIT) to ensure that systems are fully utilized, harmonized, and the usage is aligned with global standards. 

It leads system implementations, automation initiatives, and technical process improvements, while ensuring effective system support, data availability, and user adoption across all countries in scope.

The position plays a critical role in driving digitalization, automation, and system efficiency, enabling scalable, standardized, and high-quality finance operations across the Knowledge Centre.

The role leads a small team of systems and implementation experts and drives a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and digital adoption within the finance operational teams.

How you create impact

Systems set-up, Support and Training
-    Act as 1st level support lead and “go-to” expert for core finance systems (e.g. ACON, HRC, DMT, etc.), ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation to 2nd level support where required. 
-    Oversee day-to-day system availability, functionality, and maintenance, ensuring smooth finance GS and KC operations, acting as the link between systems users and Financial IT (FIT).
-    Validate and manage tickets, ensuring accurate classification between technical and operational issues and driving resolution through appropriate channels.
-    Provide relevant systems training to system users, in close alignment respective KC/GS training and Process Excellence (P&E) experts. Act as “train-the-trainer” support for P&Es and operational teams on system-related topics.
-    Continuously assess system adoption and usage efficiency, initiating corrective actions where gaps are identified. 
-    Work closely with the P&E experts for P2P and O2C to identify and bring forward areas of technical improvements. 
-    Ensure system configurations and setups (e.g. user access, templates, mappings) are aligned with global standards and country-specific requirements. 
-    Contribute to system-related governance topics, such as template management and change requests.
-    Monitor system-related risks, compliance, and governance adherence.

System Implementations & Project Management 
-    Lead and coordinate the implementation of new systems, tools, and process changes across countries in scope, applying the standard transformation methodology and working closely with the global Finance Transformation Manager.
-    Act as project manager for system rollouts, ensuring structured planning, testing, training, and post-go-live stabilization. 
-    Coordinate testing cycles, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities in close collaboration with respective P&E experts, FIT and other stakeholders. 
-    Ensure lessons learned and feedback loops are captured and integrated after implementation.

Ticketing & Workflow Systems
-    Implement and manage a standard ticketing/workflow system (e.g. Jira Service Management) for internal and external communication. 
-    Configure ticket forms and ensure performance tracking (SLA, quality) through system data analytics. 
-    Drive continuous improvement of ticketing processes and user experience. 

Continuous Improvement & Automation
-    Identify and drive technical process improvements and automation initiatives, leveraging system capabilities and new technologies. 
-    Lead the execution of automation initiatives within the location (e.g. RPA, system enhancements) in collaboration with FIT, RPA, and transformation teams.
-    Support evaluation of automation business cases and go/no-go decisions. 

Reporting & Data Enablement
-    Design and develop standardized reporting and analytics solutions as per GPO/P&E requirement (e.g. Tableau, Splunk, etc.)
-    Provide structured and reliable data outputs to operational finance teams and management for performance tracking and decision-making. 
-    Support data extraction and system-based reporting frameworks, aligned with global standards. 

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance systems, implementations, or IT-related finance roles. 
• Proven experience in system implementations, automation, and project management.
• Experience in Shared Service / Knowledge Centre environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in IT tools including Microsoft Office Suite, enterprise systems tools
• Financial planning, analysis and Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
• Advanced digital and technical skills, including reporting and automation tools (incl. AI). 
• Solid understanding of finance systems, integrations, and data flows. 
• Strong project management and change management skills. 
• Excellent English (written/spoken) 
• Stakeholder management skills
