Position Description I&T Operations Manager Global Location Brazil, Campinas Hiring Manager email sebastien.poutrain@brp.com Recruiter email Apply Now YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO : We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Information & Technologies (I&T) Team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing office processes, managing the local needs of the I&T Employees, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace.Your Main responsibilities are as follows: Team Leadership:Ensure the teams are staying on track and reporting back to the North-America ManagersManage all of the day-to-day needs of the local I&T EmployeesResponsible for the local onboarding working with the local HR and the NA teamsParticipate or provide feedback to the NA Managers for Performance ReviewsSupport the PM's on project-related tasks and local nuances to ensure operations/projects are running smoothly with the local teamsFoster a positive and collaborative work cultureProcess Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline office processesImplement efficient workflows and standard operating proceduresContinuously seek ways to improve productivity and reduce costsFacilities Management:Coordinate with the NA team on supplies needed (Computers, systems, etc)Budget Management:Logging Invoices working with the NA TeamTracking and opening PO's, working with the NA team on alignmentProvide and support on the needs for June Alignment and budgetsCommunication and Coordination:Act as a liaison between various departments and managementFacilitate effective communication within the officeSchedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangementsYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.Proven experience in operations management or related roles.Strong leadership and team management skills (5+ Years Experience managing people).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in office software and productivity tools.Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.Proficient in English, written and spoken. ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
