This role focuses on shaping, mobilising, and delivering multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams, systems, and external partners, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while aligning with Vodafone’s governance frameworks.What you’ll do Lead the delivery of one or more complex projects within an assigned portfolio, ensuring full lifecycle accountability from business case through to operational handoverBuild, lead, and support cross-functional project teams, creating clarity of objectives and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environmentDefine and communicate the programme vision and desired future state, aligning stakeholders to shared outcomesDevelop detailed project and programme plans, including resource forecasting, dependencies, and critical path managementPrepare cost estimates and manage financial performance, including capitalisation and budget trackingIntegrate all workstreams into a unified delivery plan and ensure alignment across technical and business activitiesMonitor and control project performance, embedding measurable outcomes and success criteriaEstablish and manage stakeholder communication plans across senior internal and external stakeholdersManage supply and demand of resources across the project lifecycle, including people, financials, and technologyBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration throughout deliveryOversee governance compliance and ensure adherence to Vodafone delivery methodologiesCollaborate with system integrators and third-party partners to deliver programme objectivesWho you are Egyptian national residing in EgyptExtensive experience (typically over 5 years) delivering complex, end-to-end projects within ICT or technology environmentsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical transformation deliveryExperience working within telecommunications or network environmentsProven ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and complexity simultaneouslySkilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing across all organisational levelsExperience managing cross-cultural and matrix teamsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and understanding of profit and lossRecognised project management certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP)Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skillsProficiency in Microsoft...
