This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you’ll keep our contracts, files, and processes running smoothly, coordinate signature, apostille and notarisations from start to finish. You will take a confident first pass at the high-volume, lower-risk agreements that keep the business moving. You’ll work alongside our lawyers on everything from corporate housekeeping to NDAs to vendor contracts and you will be the person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. It’s a role with real scope to grow as you take on more and learn the business.Location: London (preferred) / Brussels / ParisWhat you'll doSupport the legal team across whatever comes up. Be the team’s go-to for day-to-day execution. Turn tasks around quickly and chase the things that need chasing.Keep legal files and operations organised. Own how the team stores and finds its work: sensible folder structures and naming conventions, clean version control, and well-maintained trackers and databases (contract registers, signature logs, entity and renewal records). You’ll be the reason the team can always put its hands on the right document.Coordinate signature, notarisation, apostille, and legalisation. Prepare signature pages and execution copies, run documents through e-signature, and manage in-person signings with our executive team, notarisation, apostille, and legalisation across jurisdictions, tracking each one to completion and keeping fully executed originals and copies properly filed.Take a first pass at high-volume agreements. Review straightforward contracts, order forms, NDAs, and the like against our templates and playbook. Make standard edits, flag anything that deviates, and escalate what needs a lawyer’s eye.Support corporate, governance, and broader legal work. Help with corporate secretarial and governance housekeeping, manage legal deadlines and renewals, liaise with external counsel and handle their engagement and invoices.Help build the tools and systems that make legal fast. Improve the team’s templates, workflows, and databases, and help adopt legal tech and AI tools that make the function quicker and more consistent.
