Analyst - Enterprise Perfromance Reporting
What you’ll do:
- The Analyst – Enterprise Performance Reporting role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.
- The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- This person will also be significantly involved in the development of senior management presentations including Finance, Operations, Marketing and others as necessary.
- The aim is to provide enhanced data-driven insights into finance function.
- Professional will also support plant & division in routine financial analysis & reporting as required. Assignments will include planned and ad-hoc projects."
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and scorecards using tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and other analytics platforms.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into reporting and visualization solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners to define KPIs and reporting standards.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual reporting activities.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for reporting issues.
- Prepare presentations and executive-level summaries to communicate insights effectively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the reporting and analytics ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Requirement:
- Master in Business Administration- Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics Graduate with core-finance experience
- Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA
- 3-5 years of experience – Business Intelligence solutions like Power BI
Finance & Data Analytics Transformation:
- Leverage Cloud & BI Tools: Utilize Power BI, SQL, and cloud-based financial systems to create real-time financial dashboards and automate reporting.
- Financial Data Application and Insights: Work with large datasets across multiple platforms to enable self-service analytics for business leaders.
- Data Modelling & Visualization: Build predictive models and data visualization frameworks to support strategic finance initiatives.
- Collaboration with Digital Finance: Work closely with Digital Finance and Innovation team to apply structured financial datasets and analytical solutions to FP&A processes, ensuring business impact.
