About the role you're considering

Capgemini is seeking an experienced 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM Operations Lead to support and oversee enterprise PLM platform operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications while managing incident resolution, service requests, stakeholder communications, and continuous service improvements.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary operational lead for PLM support activities, collaborating with business users, technical teams, and platform stakeholders to maintain high service levels and drive operational excellence.

Your role

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications, ensuring platform stability, availability, and SLA compliance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of PLM incidents and service requests, from intake through resolution and closure.
  • Troubleshoot application, platform, integration, environment, and performance-related issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end users, responding to support tickets and collaboration channels.
  • Monitor platform health and operational metrics, identify recurring issues, and proactively escalate critical incidents or SLA risks.
  • Deliver clear and timely communications to business users, stakeholders, and technical teams regarding issue status and resolution progress.
  • Support defect triage, root cause analysis (RCA), smoke testing, deployment validation, environment support, and operational readiness activities.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, knowledge base articles, runbooks, RCA reports, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures, change management processes, service governance standards, and security/compliance requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement across support processes, monitoring, automation, documentation, and service delivery.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, preferably within PLM, 3DEXPERIENCE, or ENOVIA environments.
  • Strong understanding of incident management, service request management, SLA management, escalation processes, and operational reporting.
  • Proven troubleshooting expertise across application, platform, user, integration, and performance-related issues.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, application support, DevOps, infrastructure, cloud operations, security, and database teams.
  • Knowledge of platform monitoring and operational diagnostics, including availability monitoring, performance analysis, application logs, database locks, JVM/memory utilization, CPU performance, and disk-space management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer support skills with the ability to effectively manage expectations and provide executive-ready updates.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
