Operations Manager, Product Introduction & Operational Excellence leads the operational planning, readiness, deployment, adoption, and scale-up of new products, services, and enterprise implementations, serving as the connective point between product strategy, sales, operations management, customer delivery, resource planning, and business outcomes.

This position is accountable for managing implementation strategy, resource coordination, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, process optimization, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The role drives standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across implementation processes while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, revenue goals, and customer outcomes.

Working across AMS, EMEA, and APJI regions, the Operations Manager, Product Introduction & Operational Excellence partners with cross-functional stakeholders to implement new products, services, programs, and process enhancements. Responsibilities include overseeing operational program and project deployments, supporting end-user training and documentation, monitoring project performance, communicating status and risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to established quality standards. This is a remote role with up to 25% travel requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Deployment Leadership

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new products, service implementations, enterprise solution deployments, and complex customer projects.
  • Develop implementation strategies, operational readiness plans, governance frameworks, and scalable deployment models to support successful internal and external customer adoption and long-term sustainment.
  • Establish implementation standards, best practices, and repeatable processes across global regions.

Project Execution & Operational Delivery

  • Manage high-complexity projects involving multiple sites, technologies, service lines, and stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with project timelines, customer expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Resource Coordination

  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Clinical Services, Professional Services, Applications, Education, Engineering, Service, Project Management, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
  • Coordinate resources to support seamless solution deployment and adoption.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, and status communications to ensure transparency and alignment.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across implementation activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, internal customer experience, and implementation success rates globally.

Financial & Business Performance

  • Support forecasting, business planning, and strategic growth initiatives.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Establish clear expectations regarding scope, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and dependencies.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to customer success.

Leadership & Influence

  • Provide indirect leadership across implementation and operational initiatives through collaboration, influence, and accountability.
  • Drive alignment among global teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Support organizational change management, adoption activities, and the development of implementation best practices.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in oncology operations management, implementation management, project management, or customer delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale implementations or complex customer projects.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Preferred

  • Experience within healthcare, medical technology, oncology, radiation therapy, software, or healthcare IT environments.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and multinational customers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and project management platforms.

The base pay range for this position is:

$128,490 - $176,671

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
