We are currently seeking a Delivery Associate Director to join our team in Arlington (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Job Summary:
The Quality Manager/PMO Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and project management office functions within the Contract Program Management framework, ensuring that all services align with agreed-upon terms, performance and deliverable requirements, and Key Performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize service delivery and mitigate risks. This role involves working with the Service Delivery Team Leads to develop and maintain KPI tracking dashboards and performance monitoring tools to regularly assess service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement in customer satisfaction. The Quality Manager/PMO Lead conduct compliance auditing, lead risk and issue assessments, conduct causal analysis and work with teams leads to develop and implement risk mitigation and corrective action plans to adhere to contractual obligations, laws, regulations, and internal policies, while using project portfolio management techniques to align team performance with customer goals. By fostering a culture of accountability through continuous improvement methodologies, this role ensures structured contract execution, proactive issue resolution, and effective resource management to support seamless communication and financial oversight between the Contractor and client.

Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent number of years’ experience in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management.
- One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program.
- Minimum 10 years of experience providing Quality/Portfolio Management oversight in support of work described above, and compliance with industry best practices.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $104,558 - $242,031. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
