We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end procurement operations. In this role, you’ll drive sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure a reliable, cost-effective supply chain that supports our business objectives and growth.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Provide subject matter expertise on global sourcing strategies and supply chain resilience
Sourcing & Supplier Management:
- Oversee all direct and indirect procurement activities, including materials, services, and capital expenditures
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and managing performance
- Drive supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, service, and innovation metrics
- Ensure security of supply through proactive risk management and sourcing strategies
Cost Optimization & Performance:
- Analyze procurement spend and develop sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings targets
- Establish and track procurement KPIs, providing reporting and insights to support decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, systems, and best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to support integrated business planning
- Collaborate with Planning to optimize inventory levels and minimize operational disruptions
- Serve as the key liaison between procurement and internal stakeholders
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
- Oversee adherence to FAR/DFAR regulations and required reporting (e.g., ISR submissions)
- Support infrastructure and supply chain improvement initiatives across the organization
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Significant experience in procurement leadership, preferably in manufacturing or technology environments
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies
- Experience driving cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning and integrated business planning processes is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 20%

Salary Range:
$120,300.00-$160,400.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
